My name is Hollie and I've been in the Craft food industry for the past 20 years.I attended The Art Institute of Seattle Culinary Program and graduated in 2001. I started my company The Sweet Monkey in 2003 and have not looked back!I have been a "from scratch" bakery tailgate market vendor, wholesale bakery, Chef/Owner of my own brick and mortar Restaurant, Festival vendor, Wedding/Event Caterer. Literally a Jill of all Trades!During Covid, we pivoted the restaurant to a "take home and finish" scratch made convenience store where I continued to create new dishes each week for people to take home and enjoy.I am versed in a range of styles of service, cuisines and I bake!
