Reg Wayment is an English stunt performer and fight arranger. He is best known for his work on Blood Diamond, 2006. He specializes in military advising, special forces tactics/ weapons and real time hand to hand combat. British stunt performer since 1998, his primary background came from over 12 years experience in the SAS. Reg has worked on over 100 different movie/tv projects.
With over 20 years experience performing stunts within the entertainment industry, Reg has an extensive background focusing in aerial stunts, military advising, and fight coordinating internationally for both film and television. Prior to Regs career within industry he was a member of the British Special Forces SAS - Length of service 12 years. It was over this 12 year period of taking part in covert operations, Reg developed his highly skilled ability for air and water insertion. Reg training and expertise includes but is not limited to the following: Military parachuting Specialized parachuting in halo and haho Skyhook and Stabo/short-term airborne operations. Fast roping and repelling Military Civilian Parachute Base Jumping High falls of 100ft + Scuba Diving Martial Arts (Jujitsu and Muay Thai) FencingReg also teaches firearms training and is a certified instructor of NRA and a RSO.
