Rachel is an award-winning cinematographer. Her experience spans camera, grip and production dept. roles on 5 feature films with studios including Lionsgate, Universal and Searchlight Pictures. She has worked on a multitude of commercials and 25+ short films, including recent work (currently in the festival circuit) Thank You for Your Time. With the skills of narrative storytelling and an eye for creative composition, Rachel brings a unique, innovative perspective to any production she takes on.
Camera Department (15+ productions):- Cinematographer - lighting and camera techniques to provide the desired look for any production- 1st AC - focus pulling, camera building, on-set organization, etc.- 2nd AC - camera assisting, camera builds, slating, marking talent, etc.- Utility - assisting the camera department, swapping batteries, loading and unloading the camera truck, etc.Grip (10+ productions):- Gear organization and safety, setup of equipment used to shape and manipulate light.
