Austin expanded his knowledge and skill set at Liberty University at The Zaki Gordon Center for Cinematic Arts. With hands-on experience with industry standard equipment including the THX Certified dubbing stage, he built and operated cameras, operated booms, and grip/electric. He was sound designer/mixer, and video/film editor for many projects and short films. He wrote, directed and edited his own faith based short film, Sound of Faith.
