Description
Recent University of Michigan Film, Television, and Media graduate with hands-on experience in producing, set operations, and post-production. Lead producer of two features, Life Stuff and Rabid Reels, with a strong background in scheduling, production management and coordination, and visual effects. Currently based in Charlotte and seeking opportunities to keep my skills sharp before relocating to Atlanta.
Special Skills & Experience
I recently earned my B.A. in Film, Television, and Media from the University of Michigan, where I also completed a minor in Business through the Ross Business School. My primary focus throughout college was producing, and I gained experience in nearly every department across dozens of student films, short-form series, and branded content. I’ve served as a producer, production manager, 1st AD, location lead, editor, and effects artist, both in narrative and documentary-style productions.
Most recently, I picture locked Rabid Reels, an anthology horror-comedy feature where I served as lead producer and head of post-production. I am now creating visual effects and animated graphics for the film in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Earlier this spring, I completed Life Stuff, a short drama about trauma and addiction recovery. The project premiered at the historic Michigan Theater and is now being submitted to film festivals across the country.
In both Rabid Reels and Life Stuff, I managed full production timelines, secured locations, handled budgeting, led crew communications, and oversaw all deliverables. I also helped departments on set, such as sound mixing on days our sound mixed couldn't come in, setting up lighting equipment, set design and decoration, and focus pulling. I am most experienced in producing, but I believe to be a successful produced, you have to understand how every department functions and be able to fill in at any time. I’m confident in both set leadership and post-production workflows, and I’ve collaborated with teams of up to 25 people.
Now that I’ve moved home to Charlotte, I’m eager to stay active in the industry. I’m currently seeking on-set or office opportunities, whether that's as a day player, production assistant, development support, or post-production editor. I’m especially interested in working with producers, assistant directors, and post teams to continue learning and contributing meaningfully.
